We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was elegantly decorated with a bath tub and a shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Ann, Justin, and Wai Wai. The buffet breakfast was a great everyday treat, with delicious food. The hotel is located on an island that offered something for everyone, with a short walk to the beach and various attractions like a wave pool and an old fort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a pool with warm water and a fish pond where my children had their first pedicure. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Not one thing.

As foreign tourists, we really loved the convenient shuttle bus service to the mall. The staff were attentive and accommodating, fulfilling our requests for early check-in and a birthday cake. The quality of food and drink at The Garden restaurant was excellent. The hotel's beautiful setting and visually appealing pools and restaurants added to the overall experience. The spacious and clean bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. the level of service from all staff members, especially at reception, was superb. We truly had a fantastic experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the service was exceptional, providing a relaxing experience at the Spa & Wellness Centre, complete with sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the massage and body scrub treatments were invigorating and the treatment room was spacious and relaxing. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar lounge area was the perfect place to unwind.

The only minor issue was the limited outdoor dining area. we were able to enjoy a picnic at one of the private facilities, which made up for it.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like the spa and wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, full body massage. the service was excellent with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. We enjoyed outdoor dining on the sun terrace with beautiful views of the garden area and the food was delicious.

My husband and I had a delightful stay at the Sofitel. The highlight was definitely the Garra rufa fish spa located by the main pool. It was such a unique and relaxing experience. We also loved the beautiful surroundings and the attentive staff who made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
